Onsite Immunization Clinic

Homebound Hoosiers
VCHD offers adult vaccines in the home for those who cannot leave their homes due to a medical condition. Click here for more information, or appointments can be scheduled by calling 812-483-8365.
School Based Immunizations

Foreign Travel Clinic
